I reckon it's about time we got one of these threads. Celebrity gossip, dodgy photo's of them doing dodgy things and the like

Two things to add

1) did anyone hear the story about Owen Wilson trying to take his own life yesterday by slitting his wrists and taking a bottle of pills??!! Madness!

2) I made the mistake of seeing photo's of Andy Dick completed shitfaced, pashing college boys, and flopping it out and pissing in the street. How do I remove said images from my mind without causing more brain damage??

In that case I've done a good thing by isolating all celeb discussion to one thread you can ignore, rather than them being spread over TTAN, Big Up, Gripe and wherever else celeb comments have been made in the past.

You Me and Dupree?? Fodder...quite annoying in parts but for me, Wilson makes the movie. Stopped liking Matt Dillon a while ago and have trouble watching Kate Hudson onscreen. Leave your brain at the door and just enjoy Wilson's character, who's very lively and fun-loving IMO.

I have no idea about celebrities. People say "you know MR. Famous X?" and I have no idea who they mean. I need examples of movies and the role they played to know who is who.
I try to stay away from icon culture in that way.

sorry but i think there needs to be a balance, i read alot of serious books and magazines, most of the books i read are all history and where society has gone wrong rah rah and all about Real Life, i am a huge doco watcher as well, so i personally need this silly flip side.

just cause i will have a read and laff about them, most peeps on here see more of their movies and tv shows than i ever have or will, so what is the diff? watching the idiots in pap, or getting entertainment out of their stoopidness, same thing i think
