Big ups me for stoping and changing a car tyre for and elderly couple stuck on Alexadre Prde, waiting in the sun for the RACV for 45mins. No need for them in the end, I changed the tyre in 10mins flat. Fukn sweating my arse of now...

almost sounds as good as my quad-choc/timtam milkshake... take two (or more) semi melted timtams, choc ice cream, choc topping, milo and add a splash of milk (& vanilla if required)... blend & indulge the sludge
