Cheap limo hire

Looking for a limo as part of a surprise birthday for somebody. One hour maximum, the distance of Prahran to St Kilda. Know any good, affordable companies? We'll probably have 10-12 people in it.
Also, if we rent for an hour, but the drive is actually 10-15 minutes, are we allowed to use up more of that hour by driving around the long way?

id say you can drive around as much as you want in an hour.

my surprise coordinating friend found a place offering a half hour special, $20 per head, minimum 6 people, max 11. Not sure what company it is but when I find out I'll pass it along.
anybody going to katalyst on Friday will see the results of this

you can give a try with Enrik Limousines (
http://www.enriklimousines.com.au) which has stretch limousines as you have expected.
