Friday 16th May two of Melbourneâ€™s leading breaks DJs - LIL MISBREAKS and DJ IDES - headline a female DJ showcase at Alia. Representing fresh talent behind the decks will be up-and-comer ABSTAR.

Fitzroyâ€™s favourite nightspot is primed for this upshot of broken beats, drums that move the dance floor and funky rhythms. Get your weekend started right with quality music and bar-side funâ€¦ the ladies bring it!

I got ppfff'd and basically abused the other month cos i didnt know who Bob Sinclair was.

She got upset I didnt know and accused me of lying, how could I not know who he was! Um, quite easily idiot.

I promptly ended it by saying i only remember good music artists. which upset her slightly. Watever.
