They are selling 25% less tickets for parklife this year.. I haven't heard the same thing for good vibrations.. would be good though!

Norman Cook isn't using the fatboy slim name anymore. He now goes by Brighton Port Authority (BPA) hence the fish/lure.

GV is a shit festival and a rip off. They don't allow sideshows either, do they? I hate this because it means the fans have to go to their shit ass festivals to see an act they love.

Im really glad they moved it from the Bowl. That venue has been done to absolute death! Each event, they pack the fucker out, and it really ruins the vibe. Really hoping that the Flemington Racecourse will do the event justice

If you’ve been holding out on buying a ticket for Good Vibrations 2009 until sideshows were announced, heed this warning from the festival’s promoter Jam Music. “There will be no Good Vibrations Festival sideshows in 2009,” they said in an email late last week. “To catch the amazing acts on our line up in action, you’ll need to come and party with us in the park this summer!”

I didn't mind the bowl. Though I mainly liked the side stages that you could just watch through the wire fence for free. Or just jump if you were game.
