Re: Booka Shade Sideshow
yeah came across this today too, extremely keen to go
love the album
stereosonic last year was like the worst music event ive ever been to (luckily didn't pay) and even if this year's is an improvement booka would be way better in a club environment i'd imagine

Have bought tickets.
They were awesome at Room last year.. Stereosonic not so much as it was too hot for me to brave the sunshine.

Re: Booka Shade Sideshow
I saw these cats at their sideshow last year.
Hilariously, we blagged our way in claiming we were on the "Get Physical" door list. The doorbitch asked, what's get physical? To which my German mate replied with condescension "Booka Shade's record label". She was so embarrassed that she actually wrote our names down on the list.
Besides that, they put on a fantastic show. Awesome slow, progressive builds.

Lovely! Always wanted to see these guys, but I couldn't do the showgrounds last year, and I certainly cannot do it this year. Sideshow ftw.
Allons-y!

Yeah that blows, I'd expect at least 2 hours. Still, Mike Callander's sets make me happy in my pants.
