This is simply not going to work.

They might as well hand out "how to vote Liberal in the next election" cards if they try to put this filter up. Epic fail.

6 parents having a cry because their 13 year old boy see's his first vagina on the internet. Big shit. Everyone develops fetishes and fantasies. It's natural. I'd rather have a son with a weird sexual fetish (with in reason.) and be a normal functioning member of society, able to assosciate respectfully with women, then keep him away from it all and have him grow up to be a 40 year old virgin who ejaculates prematurely everytime a woman speaks to him. Who, because of his lack of knowledge and interaction and so forth will probably grow up to be a pedophile or pervert anyway. ..

God bless the internet and all of it's vaginal glory.
God bless it for all it's acess to random stupidity.

I fucking hate computers, but, I love everything the internet represents as a medium.

control is power dude.

I liked this immensely:

"Given that the traffickers of genuine abuse material will not let themselves be slowed down by a filter and are already covering their tracks, the net result that will be achieved here is exactly this: inconvenience, chaos and expense with absolutely no dividend for the children."

I wanna know what happened to Labor's promise to make it mandatory for all touring acts to get local supports.

I guess because they don't have Steven Fielding on their arse to make it happen, they've quietly forgotten about it because it's a STUPID IDEA. .

Fuck yeah... was ridiculous from the beginning, glad it's falling apart. I'm pissed off that my tax is being used on this sort of crap.

Isn't it already a requirement?

I thought OB1 said that's how he got the Chris Rock gig? As the show needed at least one local support.

Doesn't sound like such a stupid idea to me TBH - is supporting our local music scene a bad thing now?

I must have missed something.

it will never happen, at least not as per this proposal. totally unworkable and also circumventable.
