i still reckon a it's better than no view. i used to work in a converted house on beaconsfield parade. my desk was built into the old bay window overlooking the beach on the third floor. that was awesome! no no view :(

word to having a view..i used to work on the 29th floor here, panoramic views of the entire city. eagles used to chill on the ledge outside the window. d0pe!

i love the view but sometimes just want to be amongst it ... at my old work i had no view ... definitely a fan of the view ... the view of the bay is awesome ... can see all the big tankers rolling in to the docks.

Sure it wasn't a Perigrine Falcon

There are a few of them in the city, the fastest bird alive, and they love big city living as they hunt on pidgeons.

Yep, they used to nest on the Optus building, now they have moved on. There were a few chicks born in the nest on the optus building last year, but they died when they got a bit older, they think it may have been from pidgeon poison that the parents keep clear off. The council said it wasn't an authorised use of pidgeon poison and it must have been used by shop owners try to get rid of these so called "rats with wings". Since then the falcons have nested else where. There was even a closed circut camera monitoring the nest on the Optus building, as they were there for years.
