bit of a drama with all that, but yeah i have given notice. one partner fucked it up for everyone, as they wanted me to stay longer and so did i, but he got in a flap about it all cos apparently i didn't pay enough attention to him and decided he wants someone who will lol he has had a problem with every assistant they have had here. anyways, nothing i can do but focus on getting a new job

yeah, they haven't been bad here, and even this one partner being a sook is nothing in comparison to what i have dealt with before. plus the other partners have made up for it and made me feel better about my work etc. So working here was definitely beneficial :D

one of the awesome things about being a designer is having your good ideas rejected on a regular basis & substituted with idiocy.

Grr argh, sick of people cracking the shits at me in my store or over the phone because I am not a medical practitioner.
It's not my job to be able to prescribe equipment or assess you I AM A SALES ASSISTANT yes I specialise in selling assisted living products but I'm not a doctor or an ot or a physio I haven't spent 4+ years at uni! You've called or come into a retail store not a fucking rehab hospital.

Urgh theres nothing worse then going to fuck loads of interviews.
One position which I ended up turning down recently I had recruitment agency, head office, Area Manager and store manager interviews for just the ONE position. Took good part of a month for all the interviews
The coffee thing just sounds really weird!
Sitting around drinking coffee and attempting small talk with a bunch of strangers who already know each other quite well just to make a good impression so they want you on their team.

Witty - you would think haha fricken ridiculous!

Socio - that is mental! overload on interviews much. they need better time management/organisation skills

I just had a coffee to pepp up for my coffee meeting with them, lame. they should have just tacted them on to my last interview when i met with the managing partner. And he loved me! That is all that should matter, sheesh!

Everyone here is telling me i will be right, but one person said not to crack some of my 'special' jokes. Not sure i know what that means lol

Urgh. My heater stopped working in my house. We don't own a portable heater because this house has ducted.... it worked fine yesterday and today nothing.
On top of that theres a water leak at the property but its the responsibility of the real estate who manage the back unit, except it effects us, by effect I mean my last water bill was $700 which is constantly being put on hold cause its not being fixed. theres a giant hole in the driveway being blocked off using my green and recycling bin as the plumbers thought that should do it, as yet its not effecting going in or out of the property but judging from the yellow arrow pointing across the driveway they will eventually have to dig this up, with hopefully more notice than me being woken up by a jack hammer and then having the water turned off half way through my shower.

Going to call my agent tomorrow AGAIN and follow up AGAIN wtf is going on cause he's fucking useless and demand my heater gets fixed asap also.

so fucked off about the whole thing considering how much we pay...
