sure is! forums are very old tech and kids these days just dont use them. even us (as you can tell by the amount of posts on here lately) dont need to use them anymore as we can get in touch with everyone on facebook. that being said, i dont really check facebook that often any more either so i miss out on everything and everyone thinks im a prick for not coming to their party or responding to their messages and whatnot.

stupid facebook.

i have a rant other than that one. the sewer at the shop had lots of work done now it is leaking again (outside on the street tho no inside). stupid plumbers. which means that it stinks, we're going to lose lots of trade cos they will need to dig it all up again and i have to deal with the most amazingly horrible landlady.

argh.

this person is going to have no idea who i am based on my one photo that isnt of me, but of garfield minus garfield
and i cant write a note with my friend request so they know it is me... and my name isn't anywhere near close
they will probably ignore, because i am obviously an idiot...

i will probably never see them again anyway

I made the stupid mistake of reading twitter in relation to the Qantas strike.

I'm stunned by how many people seem to think that Alan Joyce is acting independently, as though boards don't exist. Also the Qantas remuneration report passed at the AGM no problems (1.5b for, 61m against), so it would appear that he has the support of institutional investors too. So I guess the board and the financial sector think what he is doing is in the interests of Qantas. Maybe theres something in that.

Dear Dolly Doctor,

Is it bad that I want to get some stupid cow fired from my ex-favourite bar? (It is ex, because she ruins every single fucking time I go there.) She fucking hates me, like really really hates me, for no apparent reason. (Well, except for that she is all roller-derby and "I'm so one of the guys" and flips out when any other girl actually gets along with the guys who work there in a not-trying-to-have-sex-with-them way.)

I don't know whether to mention it to a mate (who may actually get her fired) or just never go back. Plz halp.

Love and hugs,

retzie xoxoxoxox

Dear Retzie,

I can only answer questions about fake first sexual experiences, or fake/actual medical conditions that you would be much better seeking advice for from a real medical expert rather than the work experience kid they get to answer these letters.

If this girl was giving you a hard time AND you suspected she might have thrush/sore nipples/or was worried about her boyfriends dick cheese I might be able to help you. But in this instance I can't. Sorry.

Sincerely

Dolly Dr.

- note - I'm actually not a real doctor. You can tell this because I put the Dr after my name. If I was a real doctor then I would write it Dr Dolly. Dolly Dr makes it sound I am a doctor for dolls which is pretty useless given that dolls are not alive, except for evil dolls like Chucky and shit, and lets be honest it's unlikely the doll medical community would seek to save Chucky or similar if they were injured, although the doll psychiatrists would undoubtedly like to study him/them over time. Tell you what, if perchance you do run into Chucky, or Bride of Chucky, or fuck, I dunno, Mr Marbles or some shit then send him/them our way and in return I'll ring up the bar where this bitch works and tell the manager she has a type of new type highly contagious crabs that can be transmitted just by looking at her ugly face.

Junkies in Melbourne - seriously most people appear to be junkies, every fucking tram I get on is filled with them - asking me for money, sometimes thrice on ONE JOURNEY arrghhh.

Victoria St is awash with them - I used to like the odd smackie having a nod with his strawberry milk but after enduring the relentless bad begging /abuse of these cunts I want them all moved on. They are making me right wing.

I will run for Mayor next year on clearing the 109 and the 19 trams of:

1. Junkies
2. Fat middle age bushpigs taking up more of the seats than they paid for

Also 'BRO' Culture/Couture is OUT OF CONTROL:

How many men in cammo cargo pants and those little fucking green hats does one city need? Please stop. The bashing of that girl in 'Randy Dragon' is a good example of this. It also begs the question of MCC - Why is there a fucking bar called 'Randy Dragon' Can this branding for BROS not be eradicted.

One more thing that is grating on me is the large number of 'BROJECT Managers' around.
How fucking many projects are there going on that Melbourne needs its own army of fucking Broject Managers in high fucking jeans and those stripey shirts and them shoes with teh squared off ends that turn up. BROLESTATE Agents are also on my to do list. Wankers.

It's taken me a while, but I've finally noticed that pretty much all the male students in my university talk with a really annoying, lispy, girly voice. It cereally sounds like they are putting on a fake 'gay' voice. Dun think they are actually gay (not that any gay man I know speaks like that), so what the fuck? Private school kids ftl :retzienolike:
mrj wrote:Dolly Dr makes it sound I am a doctor for dolls which is pretty useless
As compared to a doctor for imaginary things in too many dimensions...

Thanks for the advice. If it helps, the cow is more the 'strut around waggling a strap-on, pretending she da man' type. Dunno if she realises that hating all women makes her not actually like most men at all.

Am boycotting the bar and hoping the cow will die in an embarrassing and uncomfortable way :proactive:

Ok Retzie we just had a guy stay with us from the US, from Cali and he has a really camp voice. And he would squeal and say 'whatever!' with a limp wrist. He's allegedly straight.

Do all Californian men behave in this effeminate way or is this one potentially still closet-bound?

I have been researching this issue. According to the not-nancy-boy local I asked, here, it is 'a Lincoln Park thing'. This is basically code for: rich, or usu. trying to act rich. I'm very pleased to be able to report that since I only speak to other lowlife bogans, I hadn't noticed this until now.

It's really fucking awkward having a career that is verrrry white collar, when you still completely identify as a scruffy urchin. Fuckit :?

GOTD: just found out we're gonna have a new manager. Problem is, he's a fucking utter cock. Micromanaging fuckwit that will not give you the time of day unless you either are into sports, or are a 21 year old girl with perky tits.

They keep moving him from department to department because no one likes him and he's shit at his job, but they can't/wont sack him for some reason. Now it's our turn.

Fuck.

That's exactly what's happening. It's almost impossible to get fired from my company, no matter what level you're at.
