TOO MUCH! FIRST BIRTHDAY
KRYPTIC MINDS - 'ONE OF US' ALBUM LAUNCH TOUR
W/ CONSEQUENCE EXCLUSIVE DUBSTEP SET

This is what you've been waiting for ... after ramming out the Mercat for one hell of a ruckus in February, we're back for our first birthday with a huge never-before-seen lineup. KRYPTIC MINDS (who drum n bass fans may recognise -- formerly known as Leon Switch & Kryptic Minds, with the first-ever artist album on Metalheadz as well as their own Defcom and Osiris imprints) have just released their album on Loefah's Swamp81 label -- not only the first album on the label but its first release. To celebrate the 'One of Us' album release, we're moving upstairs and set to get the Mercat heaving with subbass pressure. Joining them, we have NZ don CONSEQUENCE (fresh from his album on Exit Records) playing his first-ever dubstep set, sure to be packed with brand-new tunes from Instra:Mental, dBridge, Skream, and more. Special guest L-J will also be blessing us with his techno/funky flavours, and Too Much! residents Same O, fooishbar, and David Bass will roll it out as always.

Of course it wouldn't be a Too Much! without heavyweight sound, so we're going to have a huge Funktion One system installed to keep your chest rattling all night.

I have just got some annoying news guys, this one may be finishing at an earlier time slot due to brumby changing legislation on trading times for anzac eve. we will give u more info as we get it.

we will at least be able to go till 3, but we are trying to push for 4.

Im surprised you can stay open at all, Brisbane clubs have to shut @ midnight and can't reopen until midday Anzac day, so people aren't still drunk during the march

they've changed the legislation so most licensed venues can't be open between 3am and midday on anzac day, ttbomk. restaurants and cafes can still trade but aren't allowed to sell booze till midday.
