us too! cept ours is the creamy pumpkin version - half pumpkin, half potato with some leek and cream thrown in, salt and pepper to taste, fresh white bread roll with a lashing of butter to dip in! :retzielikes:
haha, I had 2 potatos, leak and philly cooking cream too... plus a dash of corriander seed, nutmeg & oregano

DELISH!... I'm wondering if some toasted cashew or other nuts would be a good addition next time.. time to experiment

Cashews in pumpkin soup makes it have this amazing consistency.

Creamy isn't the right word, but something like that.

flatout. Adam Richman, total legend... posted about it ages ago asking if anyone knew of any places like he visits here - think there is one is sydney that does massive ribs and steaks but other than that we hit TGI Frodays which is pretty piss poor in comparision and bloody expensive. Their buffalo wings are mad though.

Have convinced the wife our next OS trip is to the states to eat at these pigout joints and drink all the best beer in the US which they have shotloads of.

Fav episodes are the 6 Atomic chilli chicken wings challenge, The juicy Lucy challenge, 72oz steak challenge.

best bolignaise i made was with a big slab of meat that i cooked on a low temperature in beef stock, celary, onion and carrot.

Cooked the beef until it was falling apart was good.
