In need of a housemate as our lovely Italian is back off to Italy.

So, the vitals:

Newschool townhouse.
3 Bedroom, all have built in robes.
43 seconds from Sydney RD.
$666 per month (seriously).
At this stage we'd prefer female as there is already 2 guys here and we don't want to become slobs. Both of us work full-time.

Room is small, but as mentioned has built-in robe, also the communal area in the house is wicked.
