RESO (UK)

Reso is simultaneously moving a whole spectrum of electronic genres forward while further cementing his place as the overlord of hi-tech dubstep. With Reso wobble, hypercrunk, breaks, wonky, hip-hop and DnB all receive the treatment. Reso’s deep musicality, incredible skill, intricate programming and wildly diverse references place him at the peak of a new breed of electronic producers

EPROM (USA)

Although the world has its current collective ears on the cosmic hip hop exploding out of Los Angeles (see Lotus et al) take the journey up to north California where San Francisco’s club crew are bubbling in the cut. One such player is EPROM, the 27-year-old producer throwing down hammers with some darker, dirtier and heavier beat business, taking bit crushing chainsaws to dubstep and hyphy. EPROM started out as a 16-years-old on Acid Music 2.0, drum ‘n’ bass and acid techno. He’s since gone on to collaborations with The Glitch Mob’s Boreta as dancefloor banger duo Nasty Ways (their Lil Wayne “Lollipop” remix was the essential club jam a couple of years ago), Scotland’s rap veteran Profisee and now Warp Records are releasing a split release with fellow SF bro Eskmo. Watch out for the “Hendt” and “Lands & Bones” 12” dropping soon.

ANA'SIA (USA)

The San Francisco sensation Ana Sia is an integral part of the West Coast future sounds movement, where dubbed-up hip-hop reigns supreme.
As a solo artist and with collaborator Danny Corn in the sweet side project 3WS, her unique blend of hip-hop, glitch (or “grimy glitch” as she describes it) and dubstep has been slaying on the dance floor.
A string of North American shows opening for STS9, the Glitch Mob and Pretty Lights has led to reported outbreaks of the wobble worldwide.

F3TCH (ADL)

F3tch from Adelaide, Australia has produced some absolute cripplers that is guaranteed to get even Steven Hawkin out of his chair. He is signed to Filthy Digital and Phantom Hertz already and is full of sounds that will get your feet treading and your face melting, we bring you a heavy hitting smack of bass for your tender ear holes. Get on the download ASAP with this one, it is guaranteed to shit some people right up.

MICAH (WA)

Micah has been a favorite of the Perth dance circuit for almost as long as the inthemix50 has been in existence. In which he came Australia's 17th best dj act in 2009 and Western Australia's Number 1 three years in a row. A resident at Japan 4 Ambar, which was also voted WA's favorite club night this year, it's certainly no coincidence! His reputation has seen him play around Australia and also abroad.

You're a gem. Thanks so much. This helps me co-ordinate trying to get out to see Panacea and Robyn Chaos hopefully as well.
