heya peeps! Just to let you know ...

Breaks.com.au (Australia's newest online breakbeat resource) has gone live!

The website and forums are up and we're gettin our freak on to bring you the latest happenings of the breakbeat scene - Australia wide! With more people becoming involved everyday, and a launch party in the works, if breakbeats do it for you, this is where you want to be!

Breaks.com.au is and will be including:

or is it strictly new skool breakz/breakbeat?

yeah nice, not a bad site so far, will be good once it picks up some recognition and users. Im sure this wont take long with the high number of breaks enthusiats around Oz.

The actual event/gig content is primarily breaks/breakbeat. We're not going to yell at you if your more dubstep/breakstep though - in fact, things will probably extend to that in the future ;)

Things allready going that way in breakbeat, (good thing) some of it anyway.

don't forget to check back and make yourself known on the forums - we've had all sorts of people drop in, menumusic (atomic hooligan), elite force, kraymon, and one of the owners of carepak records (berlin) to name just a few ...

content may look bare atm, but it's slowly coming in until more people get familiar with teh system!

part of the aim at the moment is to get crews involved and get their details to list them on the site - will help with international coverage as well, to prove that Australia has a thriving dedicated breaks scene :D
