I've been to Chadstone once. The rage, THE RAGE. Never again. Ever. I don't care what they sell there, I would rather scrape my own face off with a rusty fork.
Sociopathic wrote:Would prefer proper round cause of the dress style but would settle for almond.
Hmm, well, good luck! I like proper round toe shoes and have struggled to find them. I think part of the problem is that whenever you search, the fuckers have tagged all the almond toe ones 'round toe' and I get bored sifting through.

Oh, to all the boot shoppers - everyone's doing end-of-season clearance here, so you should buy 'em up cheap on the intertron! (Just try them on there first.)

I think I am a fulleh a girl now: I have multiple pairs of boots, of multiple lengths and of multiple heel heights. Not only that, I have brought two (2) pairs on the trip I'm on now for which the combined RRP is over a grand* Image

*Did NOT pay that.

far out retzie. i'm impressed. got into buying lady shoes for a short while, but broke the momentum and now they scare me again. i'm just trying to find a pair of boring fucking ballet flats and it's doing my head in. probably has a lot to do with the fact that i'm a tight arse as well.

I got above pair of flats from wittner little bow on them just a stuck on bit of lace really. They have a ever so slight squared offness to the toe but really comfy and nice.

My issue with boots is my calves so I'll def have to try em on. Might give a few of the big names some try then order online.
Re discovered places like www.shoesofprey.com and a few others which you basically custom make the shoes but not cheap

Found some, Windsor smith DFO perfect :D so happy.

On compeltely unrelated note.
Does ANYONE know of any strip clubs in Melbourne with male strippers?
Not something you have to pre book like hunkmania at track in toorak
Just somewhere you can randomly rock up like king street?

We were discussing it the other weekend and google was of no help to us :(

We did however find a wildboysafloat style cruise in melbourne hell yeah :D

male strippers....could not!

you would be better going to Red Bennies which is on/near Chapel street for burlesque! Went a couple of weeks ago and it was great! Even had a male act in it, i would say he was the highlight for most because his act was so entertaining

but each to their own

flat, black leather, good for work/dress/casual, upper calf length. thinking buckle styles might be good for chunker calves. i was hoping you'd see this retzie, oh goddess of the lady shoe. :D

 :lady:  How the fuck did that happen??

I reckon the main thing is to find a height that is flattering - it may not be what you'd expect. Neither the short nor long boots I have are heights I had actively been looking for (short boots are taller, tall boots shorter.) I'd try to figure that out in person first, then go trawling the intertrons.

Sites: Zappos, Endless, 6pm, Nordstrom. You may be able to pick up some residual sales, but now isn't a very good time to be buying.

Unfortunately, I don't know how much help I'll be when it comes to brands/styles. My taste in flats probably doesn't pass the 'dress it up for work' test. Mebbe check out some of the Fly London offerings? I like these ones...

Not dissimilar riz, but less going on.

Unbelievably I found a pair at Myer, on sale, then spent twice the savings on tights. Lawl. Will avoid looking at websites for fear of finding better ones!

Etsy aten't all bad (saved me from handbag shopping hell,) but fuck me, there's some ugly, useless shit on there. Will the knitted handbags never cease? They seem to reach back forever :tard:

In the process of looking for the giant vegan vagina cake (NSFW) to support this argument, I discovered the truly disturbing array of search suggestions when you type in "vagina"...

i dont know where to say this, thought here was appropriate...
the whole "put the seat down" thing...
some guys take it too seriously (possibly think it is a challenge?) and they will pee with the seat down, getting pee all over the seat... then leaving it...

look what you people have done!!!!
you encourage this sort of behaviour by asking guys to keep the seat down
good work...
seriously...

and the people who complain about falling into the toilet because they assume it is down,
you would just be sitting down into someone elses piss in this case...

look before you sit plz
this has been a pubic service announcement from some moron

lol Cob, old argument here much

the reason most of us want the seat down as it looks terrible with it up!

i don't know how tricky it is to pee in the toilet with a wang, but you've had plenty of practice so it cant be too hard by now...
