speaking of things haven't heard in ages.
at work they have pretty much the same playlist every day.

the original of

Watch the posted video on YouTube.

is one of the songs on said playlist.

at first i was like "cool, that song aphrodite sampled"
and i could hear the aphrodite tune playing in my head as I listened to it.
but i have worked there so long i cant remember how that goes, and it has been pissing me off for ages that I can't just have at least one song where i can pretend to like it.
I've been meaning to listen to the aphrodite version for ages.
oh yeaaaah. that's the bass!! still love this tune

No, really: "Mark 11:12-14 The next day as they were leaving Bethany, Jesus was hungry. Seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf, he went to find out if it had any fruit. When he reached it, he found nothing but leaves, because it was not the season for figs. 14Then he said to the tree, 'May no one ever eat fruit from you again.' And his disciples heard him say it."

Not sticking to it 100% any more - but using most of the recipies etc.
Week 3 at the moment and I have lost 4.5k.

 same, but some of it does.

im at the gym 3-5 days a week currently, have gone up a level in my fitness, and have astounded my PT that im a smoker and test so well.

the best way to be healthy is to permanently change your eating habits and make regular varied exercise a part of daily life.
friend of mine does a protien only diet that sees her drop 10kg's in three weeks, eating only meats and eggs for the first week,
then puts it all back on the second she east a piece of toast. retarded.

no, no costs. To actually keep to the meal plan food has cost a bit more but shit it is good. We are also combining this with a slow food imperative. As much as the food as we can is coming from known sources. This means at least asking where th veggies come from when buying from market. THe concept is to connect the mind with the food, heightening the appreciation of the process. I believe this is good for both the mind, and also helps in portion controlling, becuase of the appreciation.

We are allowing ourselves a piece of 75% cocoa choc a night too and I have had a few lapses because of work lunches etc overt he 3 weeks. But I am stoked with 4kg loss and really do feel like I have more energy.

I think one important part of the diet is the detox day each week.

Meggs did a board design for Burton this year!

I wanted to be a hero. I wanted to be the center of attention. I wanted the glory, I wanted the fame. I wanted the pretty girls to come up and say, "Hi, I see that you're good at Centipede."
