All i know is that the reason that a wine bottle is 700mls is because back in the good ol days of glass blowing, that was a lungfull of air.
There's no justice, just us.

it's a lily pipe. thing would cost me ~$200 if i was to buy one from a shop. wouldnt mind getting an idea of how much it would cost if a glass blower made a one off.
basically a glass pipe with one end looking like that of a lily flower

replaces the regular spray bar or simple nozzle filter outlet. It is moves the water around the tank more effectively providing a moderate water flow even with filters with high flow rates. it is also designed to move the water around the tank minimising potential dead spots.
due to its design, with high filter flow rates it allows excellent water circulation with minimal turbulence preventing the plants being "blown" about.
the thing on the filter i have is a bit gash. since i plan on planting the tank even more than i have now i need something a bit better.
you can get plastic ones. but i want glass cos im a brat.
