Cyber Shack, 11.15pm tonight - Ch.10.

Post by Direkt »

Hey gang,

Cyber Shack are running a music gadgets special tonight featuring the lovely Erin McNaught. Our work took up the new Alesis DM5 Electronic Drumkit, the Alesis M1 620's, Numark iDJ and TT-USB - there was gear there from Pioneer (inc. the new DVJ's), Denon etc etc... So, if you're after some gear-porn and a perv on Ms. Australia - check it out...

I believe Kid Kenobi is testing the gear.

Be on the look out for me playing the electronic drums, not sure if I made the cut but you never know! :D

Do I play drums?

Don't know if I'd call it that, but yeah, I taught myself drums and played in an original band for 2-3 years through senior high-school to early uni days.

I'm not sure there is a standard mate.

So much to chose from, particularly the new kids on the block (Torq, Cue etc).

yeah serato is the std, sorry direktor,

the fact Mix master mike, q-bert, A-Trak and any other turntabilist worth their salt , oh yeah Z-Trip are all using serato

i'd dare say its the industry standard

thats not to say the other products arent just as good, serato were just the first to have a stable reliable product!

on another note - i was farking up last night and missed this, spewing

I caught the last little bit on serato, and honestly didn't mention anything new or anything of major importance. It's was more a case of yes this is serato. The chick still looked hawt tho, that's the important thing.

How could they cut you out and have that chick playing instead? :teef:

It was about the only part of the show I caught.

I was juust pissed that the sound engineer didn't mix in the drum sounds, sounded damn awful!

Cubist - no, it's not Michelle Leslie - it's Erin McNaught mate.
