This is not Helmet. It's the main dude's solo effort under the name of helmet, only original member.. if you listen to last helmet release with this lineup it SUCKS it came out last year, I mean it's ALRIGHT but in comparison.. very paltry.

Before you go to this gig or consider it, check out last album...

They were FREAKING AMAZING. Back in the day.

Page Hamilton is a great guitarist. Haven't been feelign the last few efforts from Helemet, having said that Suicidal Tendencies were off hook and they only had onbe original guitarist and a couple of lack lustre recently

My crowning glory was getting in to see them in BrizVegas in '97 - with fake ID, then they broke up...
I was bragging to EVERYONE @ school, teachers included, for the next month

Page Hamilton is a very accomplished guitarist...
I could give you a 1000 words on him (if I can find that assignment from Hi-Skool), but I wont, cause you don't care & I doubt it'll be much more than a nostalgic stroll of a show...

I'd read 1000 words on him, but I doubt I will go to the show. I try to reduce the amount of nostalgia I suport by only going to see older bands if I still like what they are currently doing.

Beyond great - they destroyed festival hall in Melb. My calves were spasming for hours after with all that jumping.
