I have used a couple of behringer desks before, one was sweet, not a prob, one was ok-ish and one was pretty poor. All three were reasonably new and were well maintained.

monitoring is very subjective, I know heaps of people who swear by Genelec, I find them really fatigueing. Mackie hr624's are my fave or KRK rokkit 6's.

The 464 itself is gonna be a fairly specialist thing I would imagine. Great for dj's in bands or for stages where there is going to be a dj and a live act at seperate times. Its based on the xone 62, which I have not had a great deal of experiance with. I dig the 92 though.
