Pretty sure Collectors Corner still buys (Swanston St, CBD--near Lonsdale). But yeah, Alley Tunes is still yer best bet and yes, they are still open (make great coffees, too). I have jumped three times down at Barwon Heads. It was ok the first, a bit dodgy on the second and good again on the third. I think they slipped up on a saftey inspection a few years back. It is a good location as you jump over the coast and view is awesome. I am going to do another jump in October....
