is it just me or do almost all of skream's tunes seem to not really progress anywhere... they drop then that's it... a bit boring really imo

He used to progress his tunes really well in all his early stuff, used to add new elements after the second drop eg ancient memories remix.
You dont need to do that with bangers though, as long as there is enough there to keep the crowd going.

The clip for his tune i suppose is just the radio edit do maybe the full length version will add something different.

i wouldn't call this a benga tune, its a Katy B tune that's produced by Benga yeah? Rinse is obviously pushing Katy B to be there popstar and if you got dudes like Benga or Zinc on hand to make you a beat why wouldn't you. Don't hold this against Benga, he's just gettin paid and helping out a great vocalist.

i like the tune, you cant say if you heard it in the club you wouldn't bust a sly skank to it

like the Benga one. vocal is tasteful, featherlight production on the beats and bass and the breaks are quiet slippy. 8/10

I quite like this inide pop ting that Shy FX is on as it goes.
