CUBIST PRESENTS COLOURS RECORDINGS

Post by COLOURS »

Cubist is launching 'Colours Recordings' with Vinyl and Digital Distribution through ST Holdings. His music is supported by Grooverider, DJ Hype, DJ Die, DJ Brockie, Nicky Blackmarket, Doc Scott, Fabio, DJ SS plus many more.

Hailing from Melbourne Australia, Cubist featured in Knowledge Magazine’s Top 10 Producers to watch out for in 2010 - ‘After his successful debut release on Blueprint back in 2007 (Live & Let Die / Quiet Star), Australian producer Cubist stepped things up in 2009 with 12"s for Zombie (Memory Lapse / Nautilus) and a split release with Sappo on his Advisory label (Tomorrow). Cubist currently runs Melbourne's top DnB monthly club night and presents a weekly show on the Aussie Kiss FM. His latest offering for Allsorts: Walked Out / Every Day has seen much praise from all corners of the scene and all bodes well for 2010' (Knowledge Magazine). Leading Australian Dance Music website 'inthemix.com.au' recently quoted Cubist - 'Australia's Best Drum 'n' Bass Producer/DJ'.

Colours first release 'Action/Baby' is out 11th July 2011. Available in all leading Record Shops Worldwide and Digital Download.

Cheers mate. There's some great talent atm in Melbourne. Some of the demos I been getting at Wobble from producers are damn good. Hopefully this an opportunity to shine some light on the talent from this side of the World.
