Hah, thanks!
It was the best set I've played in a while - having two monitors as good as those is a rare treat - out to the early doors crew :clock: :kooislayer.:

What a party. Though I'm reluctantly having to accept that I'm getting too old for fast, techy D&B these days. I just can't keep up anymore. 140bpm ftw.

bad....

we counted 9 (completely unjustified) rewinds in the first 30mins. Tunes were good I guess, just terrible mixing. He trainwrecked a couple of mixes, actually did a rewind to get out of one bad mix, then spent the next 20 seconds in silence while he cued up the next track on his lappy. I can deal with a rewind or two, but aren't they meant to be saved for when there's a facemelting drop that the crowd goes nuts to?? He was just ripping them out in the middle of tunes for no apparent reason, then taking ages to get the music going again. :tard:

Koan Sound's mixing and general set structure was soooo much better.

Agree about the rewinds.. seemed all a bit pre planned? Good tunes though but wouldv'e been better to just let them breathe.

Yeah I agree. I liked the music he was playing but to rewind every second song, when the crowd weren't even that hype - thats wanky as.
