GOTD: STILL NO INTERNET AT HOME... iinet i am begining to not like you very much, please explain how it takes 3 freakin weeks to do a relocation WITHIN THE SAME EXCHANGE!

hhm to me it sounds all like their fault, they have told us, 3 working days, then 5, then 20 working days, back down to 5 working days.... we are at 3 weeks, we are cut off at the old place and have nothing at the new, we have paid for 4 weeks usuage and had 1 week of it! They have already taken the money for a relocation that has not happened, and we are still without service...

TELSTRA MUCH, farking typical business attitude, we seem to be popular, so we will widen our call centres and make our customer service well frankly CRAP.. iinet you are turning into Telstra...

right, not sure with iinet but with internode they wont start the counter until you have a connection. they'll take your relocation monies tho. iinet are still at the behest of telstra.

I stopped buying tickets... works out cheaper in the end..

I went to buy one the other day however... and the STATION (not tram) only had a coin machine.. I only had notes... this station has no shops or anything nearby... fucking fail.. the Myki machine was the only thing that accepts notes, so I charge up my card (with $10, which it never gave me the option of selecting less and getting change)... then I get off the train and have to get on a tram... wtf.. no myki?

I cant beleive how fucked it is. Its so laughable if it wasnt frustrating. Seems every single time they try and change the ticketing system, its worse than before. Learn from your mistakes maybe???

You have some people with myki, some with metcard, one doesnt work on the other, but the inspectors cant check your Myki anyway, blah blah fuck fuck blah.

Interestingly, I just got offered anotehr 12 month metcard from my work. They buy them discounted, and we salary sacrifice a cheaper price. Its awesome, but makes me think if theyve been able to do it again, the metcards are going to be around for at least 12 months then by that logic.

you know what I dont mind being shoved around on a tram, I'm used to it from years of london underground.

what I really hate though, is people talking loudly on mobiles on trams. I have told several people to be quiet before. I dunno it shits me to tears.

everyone else is forced to listen to their YAP.

at least on the tube you cant get any signal underground so they were quiet places if crowded.
