OMG, went to a baby shower for the first time ever today

Holy fuck, I have never felt any less like breeding/being a girl. Squealing, games, pinkpinkpink (it's a girl). It's amazing how being stuck here has brought people like this into my world...

I had this gut feeling this was going to happen.
no lunch cover yesterday, it was quiet luckily and I had had woolies deliver food stuffs to my work so i could make lunches.

Today however I have a visit planned at 2pm to meet with some people which the other store knew about. I ring up about half an hr ago wondering if my lunch cover is coming over.
"oh sorry competely forgot I'm helping out down here at surry hills I'll try and get up there as soon as i can you might just have to lock up for the time being.

i did that and failed when i went to uni but that is cos i partied too much on my days off oppss

you can do it! you have gone to India on your own and worked for 6 months or so without anyone's help really at all. the guts to do that alone means you can do anything!!!!

i'm going...haven't really listened much to the latest offering they put out (Nick Cave thingy) but last show was awesome. Bit more in the psychedelic rock realm as opposed to trip hop/breakz these days-that said they still do some of that earlier 'electronic' material.
