have to have a really good reason to be fired too i guess and if someone has been at a place for like 7+ years it will cost a bucket load to make them redundant. also you can't hire someone to take the redundant position for like a year or something.

When I first moved over here, I used to write long (apparently entertaining) emails to my old housemate, who said similar about a book. But then it turned out she was only emailing me to get said emails. Once I stopped writing them, I never heard from her again

i was havign bad day and it was hot - the perils of working in a 'warehouse' lol its a fuckign uninsuloated shed wchihc i share with approx 35 render servers that make the air even hotter.

today w9ill be salad rolls followed by a pleasant BBQ

3/20 of the way through an epically shit week of work. Normal work plus interviewing for an open position. Apart from having to spend a shitload of time talking/schmoozing/listening to candidates, it's also making me realise what a crap fit I am for this job. Woo
