i made yoghurt, then i turned it into labneh. then i made banana bread and put the labneh+honey all over it. i can't explain it without starting to talk dirty.

get down to mule and have some for breakky. that + a coffee is all kinds of dirty talk.

latest prototype sammich at mule. slow cooked lamb shanks in stock and wine with some lemon zest (& juice), garlic and cherry tomatoes. turkish bread spread with labneh, rocket dressed in all the left over oil from olives and semi dried tomatoes, roast capsicums and houmous.

the pulled pork i had was pretty awes, but bread was too soft and yielding, reckon something like toasted turkish or foccacia would've smacked it. texture like whut.

edit: obvs this wasn't at the mule as the mule would smash it.

19 somerset place man!

not on the menu yet! even then it wont be the same as that. far too fiddly and pricey to make with shanks. will be lamb shoulder (altough more $$$ it's easier to cook and deal with!)

the banana bread, labneh, bacon, banana and maple syrup thing is most deffo going on the menu as a special tho.
