Maaan, I'll have to borrow it off you Liz, I'm only up to Ep 8. Dying for the rest!!

I've noticed on the telly a few cast members in different shows. Daphne is in Bold And The Beautiful and Rev Steve Newlin is in Saved.

I won't be surprised if you do the whole thing in one sitting. Just got my hands on Ep 11 S2 and I have to wait til I'm with my sister before I can watch it. Truly fucking addictive.

Hmmmm 24 episodes (12 per season) at roughly 45 minutes each = about 18 hours.

All good. Cause I've had beef with peeps on here and they are wikkid in real life. Shit gets twisted meanings without facial expression, voice intonation or eye contact, plus some kunts have tough online personalities and enjoy online bullying.

lizkins - 2 and 1/2 men rates its balls off.

out of last nights top 10 metro shows in AU, 3 of them were 2 and 1/2 men

just cos you don't like it doesn't mean millions of australian's don't.

me - never watch it but can't argue with it's popularity. that's why Channel 9 shows it 9 times a week (true story)

Last night's ratings results...

Timeslot Order:
7.00 1 7 H&A. 2 9 2.5 Men. 3 ABC1 News
7.30 1 7 Border Security. 2 9 2.5 Men. 3 SBS1 Top Gear. 4 ABC1 7.30 Report. 5 10 5th Grader
8.00 1 7 Highway Patrol. 2 9 2.5 Men. 3 SBS1 Top Gear. 4 ABC1 Aus Story. 5 10 5th Grader

http://www.throng.com.au/ratings/free-a ... er-28-2009

There's a lot of crap shows that have awesome ratings. Doesn't mean everyone has to think its great.

Just look at 20 to 1. Bert hosting, Aussie "celebrities" commenting about stuff we don't care about, twice a week. And then comes the Spearman Project. Exactly the same formula except with 15 items instead of 20. Apparently this is the network's way of adding Aussie content to their programming. Bullshit.

Took me a little time to get in to The Wire Witty. I think the main issue was I found it hard to follow who was who and where the fitted in at first. But after a bit I was hooked on it ;)

 i have agonised over his accent for ages. Its definetly odd.

My English/Irish housemates reckon he's Irish, but has been in Oz for ages, so its diluted. Funny fella that one. He seems to be put on certain tv shows so they can take the piss out of him!

I only watched the first half an hour, but really dont know what was up with the layout. having only 3 go against each other? It kinda just launched right into it without any explanation for the plan of the 18 contestants.

Yeah I watched it Gnat. Not sure I'm a fan of it tbh but will prob still watch. I like Indira the best so far, although I think she should have cooked something that is traditional and has meaning to her rather than Italian but thats just my op. Pretty sure Josh Thomas is Australian born and raised but with Irish parents, dude should stick with keeping his mouth shut tbh.

Agree re Indira. I hope Peter Fitz smashes it. geezer imo

KP looks like a kiddy fiddler. spitting he won

josh thomas does make me laugh but the accent is puzzling. kind of english/ irish/ australian with some american too. strange fusion
