Same goes for the St Kilda trollop debacle

Actually while we're at it, same goes for about 90% of the shit that makes it to print in that flimsy excuse for a newspaper. The Age isn't much better these days either I'm afraid. Lesser of two evils TBH

deaded

edit- Actually I think I wanna end my free subscription to The Age's email updates. More often than not I just end up clicking on it and shaking my head in disbelief at the utter crap which they deem to be 'news'..........Which independent news outlets should I get on to? Anyone got any they can recommend?

Cheers dude (and to all other who have mailed, PMed, tweeted etc)

Yeah was on the 9 news and the 9 morning show ("Today" is it?) The morning interview was about 5 mins so they must have used some in the evening news too.

House has been shaking every 30mins to an hour, some of the aftershocks are little but we have had some pretty scary big ones aswell.

It's kind of like we are under attack or something, usually we might have an earthquake 5-6 times a year and we have had like 30 in the last 2 days, of which about 8 have been pretty big/long.

Is the Mayan 2012 prophecy coming early, or maybe just getting warmed up for next year

justin timberlake looks like a ginge in that picture.
lol

but i dunno, saying he destroyed the music industry is a bit much, if it wasn't him, it was gonna be someone else.
I'd be more inclined to say that personal computers and the internet (or just plain technology) killed the music industry.
...But at the same time, technology created the music industry 100 years ago (or whenever the first record was produced) prior to that, musicians played music live to audiences to make a living.

napster was a real threat because it became so popular so yeah he definitely had something to do with it.

the music industry killed the music industry really by being greedy and out-moded.

I still think everyone should pay for music though!

Oh yeah, i dont disagree that he had something to do with it in retrospect, what im saying though is that if Napster didnt exist, another website would have, they just did it first.

And yeah, of course people should pay for music... and movies.
