I had one of the most powerful spews I think I ever have had at about 5.00 this morning.

It was amazing. I had to grip onto the basin to keep from being thrown backwards across the room. I don't reckon I've had a spew like that for about 10 years.

I was actually very proud of it. Bloody hell my stomach muscles are sore today though.
