i do too if I'm dressed appropriately.

but if you have to wear a suit it limits your ability to do this. perhaps I need a nice jacket to go over suit so i dont get so cold in the mornings.

Why the fuk at the models standing around like they are in $10000 suits? Like anyone is going to rock one of these fukers down at Spring Fashion Week. Only place you catch one of these is under BRB's snuggie on Sydney Rd as he grabs a double irish coffee with a donut on Sunday arvo.

Here's one. Roy the reader. Book open. in hand. Mighty close to the end aswell. Such a thick tree died for his mighty book. And now his journey is drawing to an end. What pleasure I would have in consuming his expression as he devours those last words on the last page of his tree. Savouring, the page turning slows. Wait. No. With only moments to go - he halts. Closes with emphasis. It seems his desire is to savour in private has become the foremost thought in his mind. He will wait until tonight, with the heater on – glass of read in hand. He will slowly and surely reach each word with a precision and thoughtfulness, ensuring he does not miss any meaning. And when the final page is done, and he closes his tree behind himself, he will feel a little empty. His house will feel cold. He will wonder if ever in his life he will live out any of the passion or adventure that he found in his tree…

Here is another. Larry recline is he. No straight back or arched style here. No suit or tie. Larry takes up a extra seat, lifted feet you see. Trackies will do, for Larry recline ain't got much to do today, got a bit to say though. At chess Larry is a decent foe, he's got his game. His world is just set in a different frame.

Hold up. Seems leathel Lisa would like to take up some of the space. She's been up since 5:30 to fit in her yoga before putting on her face. Work consumes her cause the rest of her life feels like a disgrace. Must keep up with the rat race. It makes her feel like she fits in. Take away her order and Lisa goes into a tail spin. She prides herself on discipline. Little does she know that her pride is a fake wall for her crutch. She relies on discipline. The social norm is her space. Take that away and her battered mind, her media molded ways, it would just stumble, might even crumble. So thin is the line that keeps Lisa from the grim.

Arty Andy, so gen y. Keen to read that passage from Marx one more time before today's class at Melbourne U. Must be able to regurgitate that line, how else will silky sizzie ever knows he's about if he can't enter her in a interlectaul bout. He drinks home made stout. Reads Vice. But in the end, Andy is about as alternative as triple J. That's the youth today. The middle is so much bigger that the outside is so much further away. Culture of the masses expressing into all zones. One ticket, no stops. All one way traffic. Andy may never know the joy of true individuality. No one cares to show him that way. Not ever, but especially not today.

On gets Anita. Windsor station. Mums paying the rent. Roaming through the pickle jar seeking out the wicked bar since she was born in 1985. Her flats no dive. She wants to be, she wants to be a big girl like Bernie. But Bernies a nurse and she just doesn't have the compassion.

I'd dry it all out and stick it out. Ive always been able. Stable. Balanced. Joked it about and spat on the side. I've always enjoyed the ride. Highs and lows. Sometimes I seek the drama. I'm no farmer. City boy - urban essesntails part of my style. Gritty and witty and ale to hold my own. Never after the thrown, more interested in taking a path of my own.

Doesn't anyone feel that I'm not the freak? But all these train travellers surrounding me. Can't they see that we are so lucky to be free. Hell, they probably all watch glee. Is that free? Where did independant style go? Has it ever been the case? Or is it still to come? Well here is my station – I guess I’m done.

Aye this is true of extremists in general - they are always in the minority. Fortunately.

I suppose my issue lies in the near ultra-nationalist attitude held by this minority. We are lucky that unlike (some) extremists they don't condone the wholesale murder of the "heathens" but to have this attitude so prevalent in a country that is supposed to lead the world is just... it just pisses me off.

Not a Gripe - Not a Big Up - yet

Not sure where to put this really.

So our Property Manager came around this am to look at the house - cause we gave notice, and found a new place YAYs right...
WELL i was pretty blunt in the notice letter, and it seems that the owner now wants to play ball... The agent said she loves you guys and wants to know what can we do...
We paid a deposit on the new place - not signed anything - and are due to do all the paperwork etc this Saturday.
The agent has said the owner will now look at multi year lease, and what they were going to put the rent up to...
She was pretty well impressed at the level of maintenance we do for the house (property manager had never set foot in the house).

They put up the rent to a silly amount and AGAIN a one year lease, so we said stick it, you maintian NOTHING, we do it all, and you come to the party on nothing our money is better spent elsewhere, this has freaked the owner out, i think she now realises that good tenants are worth their weight in gold...
I rang the RTA and they said as we have not signed anything no bond lodged etc we have 14 days to cancel our deposit and get our money back in 1 business day.

I guess now we need to see what they owner comes to us with....

Just wish they had been more flexible B$ we went and put money down, and the freakin stress of finding a place - lets hope there is a RE_housewarming party at ours soon!

We adore the house we are currently in, and would not have thought of moving had they not put the rent through the roof, and on only a one year lease...

Now they are willing to negotiate it is making this hard... we currently waiting to hear back from the owner.....

Now the property manager has seen the place she realises they got good tenants should not run the risk of bad ones for a few bucks a week....

ARGH Stress - i just want it to end! Needs an answer.....
