Love this cover. When I first heard they were doing it I cringed, but it's superb. Doesn't just copy the original, turns into something else, but puts a whole new modern connotation on it. Exactly what a cover should be.

strangest dream last night

dreamt that I was driving down commercial road in Morwell in a convertible hot rod balancing a plate on the dash that had a big steak on it. I was carving off big bits of the steak and eating it (it was delicious) and for some reason this was supposed to be some sort of grand gesture of defiance to somebody or other. Then I went record shopping and was mainly doing this in book stores, and I found a copy of Calibre second sun on vinyl, but when I put it on the turntable it played Hall & Oates - I can't go for that. I was on my hands and knees listening to the Hall & Oates track flicking through the records that were stacked at the bottom of this book shelf when this girl, I don't know her name but she's a presenter on that ABC show, angry beast i think, she pokes her head around the corner and looks down at me and goes "oh, there you are", and then I woke up.

dont know mate, membership is paid up but bubba is due Jan 5th, went for a scan the other day and his head is down and bum is up so he's almost in position....she might drop early i reckon in which case prob no test from me, plus im meant to be playing boxing day night at kenny ken and have been ordered to stay sober in case i get the call up to race into hospital. all getting a bit BLOODY EXCITING if you ask me.

would love to meet my son for xmas.

i'll let you know closer to the date mate.
