Sorry I aint been in contact much this week guys.
Had a shocking week recovering from Gimme, and felt about as much like talking to anyone as I have felt like nailing a red hot poker through my own ballbag, which = not very much.

PS - Marcus have some tunes for ya, but couldn't find Lobster boy anywhere.
Have some old 2S2 stuff that's almost as good though.

Just wanted to leave a quick note to say that I really enjoyed myself last night...........for the brief period that I was there! Really good to put some faces against names aswell.
Pretty pissed I couldn't stay longer, went to work at 7am..............to find out I actually started at 3pm!

Oh well, always next month huh?

I had a really good time, and for once, I think I remember the entire night!

All the DJ's were great, and it was great catching up with people.

Nice night boys. Me and Brain only popped in for a while but thoroughly enjoyed it, lilevil spot on as always... and what I saw of Deviant's set was great. Sorry we had to leave but had to be family ready by 12noon the next day

Well done guys!

Was a bit worried a year or so back when I held that DJ comp, and the standard of entries was quite low, and I sort of got a bit frustrated, and thought - is this the future of Melb breaks???

Now I'm so glad to see a few newbies really mixing it up, and doing what's needed to rock a real crowd - while at the same time exposing everyone to the newest sounds in breakbeat. The standard of playing on the night was fantastic, and I can see this night going places.

You should be proud guys - awesome party, awesome fun.
Now I just have to go find my brain!

PS - good seeing everyone down there too - Brain/Sal, Kieran and crew, Ducky, etc, etc. Thanx for laughs guys, it was a wicked night.

Yet another great night boys and girls, damn fine job once again. Been to every one so far and they just keep getting better and better. Well done Marcus on an awesome set, easily your best so far, had the place pumpin. Jez, your dance moves are a sight to behold, Drew, i don't know how u still have a face with that little jaw problem of yours, and Ninj, was there anyone there that u didn't talk to?
Needless to say work today was a nightmare, getting up this morning is one of the hardest things i've ever done, but by god it was worth it!

Some questions to be answered I guess:

-I am still alive (sort of) I just didn't really get out of bed until today

-I was wearing an U-15 soccer shirt as Ben showed up at my room when I was drinking beer by myself wearing just that shirt and my boxers, and I wasn't going to make him wait around for me to get dressed (plus that shirt is dope)

-I made that face on purpose

Anyways, I had a blast and the stylus boys (and everyone that hangs out with them apparently) are excellent hosts

The really amazing part about those three pictures is that those are the only times I made a stupid face all weekend, and you managed to get pictures of all of them....
