Traincore - Sunday 11th of June - All Aboard!!
ALL ABOARD! ALL ABOARD!!
They did it once before, and it went right off the tracks!
Now, years later, it's on again.
If you missed it back then, then get on down the virtual vending booth now, and assure yourself a stamped ticket for one of the parties of the year!
A truly original, and awesomely fun concept (Without any Gumby's!) - that should not be missed!
You guessed it....
EARTHCORE ON A TRAIN!!!
Representing all things with a broken beat will be Melbourne's Prince of funk-filled dancefloor darkness himself - Little Evil.
And doing a doubles routine that defies description will be Brainstorm - the lovers that know how to take off the right record covers, and rock any floor!
Plus a whole range of Melbourne's faves from techno and electro genre's from accross the state.
For full details, or to purchase tix, please check out the Earthcore website on..
www.earthcore.com.au
(Tix are just about all sold out, so get in quick for this rare and incredible event)
This outing looks much more exciting than the last, as not only is it a party on the train, but it also stops at the end of the line for a rave to end all raves, and then re-boards for the mad trip back to Melbourne.
Does it really get better than this?
Then following all that, there is an after party at the Mercat Cross.
So don't miss out!
See you there!
Just in case you forgot, here's the info adress again....

Woop! Woop!

Nah, it's not on that train Direkto-mundo.Direktor wrote:It's not on the train pictured in the first post is it?
Never seen a train like that in Melbourne. Unless you guys are using the XPT!!!!
It's on an old restored 'red-rattler'.
I had a ball at the last one - half the fun was going from one end of the train to the other, while off your guts.
Man that was laugh.
Looking forward to this in a big way.

Anyone else remember when that was?
Must've been at least 5 years ago?
Went with a whole tribe of Northside bitches.
Had a ball.
The photo's are still up on Louise's wall at her house.
Lob - why not just hijack the whole thread mate?
it was a very long time ago....very long time ago. i had a ball too. Trying to dance was hilarious cos when the train jerked you flew into a wall or person. Much fun and hilarity had!
Yes, I remember the whole carriage going off, and then the train going around a sharp bend, and everyone going arse over.Lizkins wrote:Little Evil wrote:Yeah man, I had a blast at the last one.

Everone laughed their arses off, and then the place just continued to go nuts.
Man I had some munted conversations that night, on the way up and down the train
Those were the days.
All to be re-lived on the 6th of June though.

If it's the Tokyo to Osaka 'Bullet Train?' - I think ( I can't tell Japanese from any other form of Asian writing, even though I've been there twice)
It goes 350km hr - if it is the bullet train.
Mt Fuji just rushes by.
Wicked fun though.
I think the red rattlers top out at about 90km hr - if that?
I wonder if we can have a drive?
Lets get the driver munted, and see if we can de-rail it.
(Joking)
Thanks Drew, I was one of those 'bitches' blessed with your company that night. We totally OWNED one of thsoe cabins and much shonkiness ensued. Had an absolute ball and remember being turned away from the post party at 161 after becoz one of the twelve of us had lost his Earthcore ticket.Little Evil wrote:Yeah man, I had a blast at the last one.

Bunch of spankers on the door.. never been back since
Remember Ben's bro coming with- totally straight as country boy? Got completely off chops and then asked us 'What were those little tablets I had?'
He spent all night tekkers raving and tuning the Malboro chick, courtesy of a random meeting with some random in another cabin.
I have some hilarious pics of that night!
Best memory was standing on the platform amped as waiting for the train to come in and as it slid into the station all the EC crew were hanging out the windows, tunes pumping. It was outta control. We were gagging to get on but spent the next 8 hours walking like we were on the train still
I reckon it was 4 years ago Drew..
Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind - Dr. Seuss
Gnat - yep that was wicked night - had a ball.
Always good to party with your good mates.
Yeah, that dude getting munted for the first time was quite hilarious. Hope we didn't corrupt the poor mongrel too bad.
Really excited about this gig - mainly because of the new breaks element they have going. Should be a ball.
Anyone who hasn't got tix, please - get in quick.
There were 600 spots max - and they are just about all gone.
Please get on the earthcore website ASAP and assure yourself a spot.
I'm planning on playing, and then having a good, much needed laugh with my mates.
Sal - got your sms's the other day. Thanx heaps. Just had no credit to reply. My pleasure to help ya's out. Any time.

addmittedly, it is odd, but you have to give the organizers cred for originality.

Realling looking forward to this.
Will be bringing 10c coins to blu-tack to the needles. Anti-skating set to 3, and the arm-weight turned round backwards.
I'm sure it wont be a smoothe ride, but it will be lots of fun.
Lets just get fucking wasted.

Free to those that can afford it, very expensive to those that can't.

hahha.
Tix are just about sold out apparently.
I'd be getting in quick if I were you.
A party on a train doesn't happen every weekend.

Hey Keenster! How are you missy?
I'm going round Sal and Brains tonight. Will most probably see you there.
I'm having a week late mothers days gathering, then hopping off to their house.
How's everyone been?
Thought I better bump this thread, and remind everyone that tickets are finite - and almost all gone.
Had a good look at the train on Friday, and it's going to be mad!
Sal can back me up there.
We had quite a laugh on Friday morning at the photo shoot I must say.
Saw some of the photo's, and the shots of my head should be R rated.
I have now become the official 'most unphotogenic DJ in the world' for the 4th year running.
