bollocks, we were on our way and got caught in a tram cluster F**Klilstormer wrote:that was fun! Got fille with beers at the London Tavern but didn't see Grey Son or Charlie

Bridge road was a no go, but by the time we got back to where we could get alternate transport we were running too late to get food and then to the ground....... then the tram we swapped onto broke down between stops on Flinders st, so we were stuck there, we walked to Olympic Park in the end..
Gutted I missed you all, but I had no mobile numbers to get onto anyone once in the ground...
Do we have any more regular converts?????

But fuck em.....
"Theo! Theo! Theo!"
yeah there were lucky to be 10 Central Coast fans.....bwahahahahahaha
where were you guys standing? we were just left of the goal at the other end, keepers left that is...... I didn't have numbers to try and hook up there.....
Hey I think its great that Melbourne has the Minor premiership in the Rugby Leauge and the only unbeaten team in the A-leauge and No1 gives a flying rats-arse because of the AFL even thou every Victorian team Lost!!

I have to say one thing that is driving me insane is this constant talk from melbourne peeps whinging and carrying on at the limited number of finals being played here rah rah bloody rah, sorry but i am sure AFL is a national sport yes? then if victorian teams are shit enough not to make the finals then vic doesn't deserve to have the finals, they go to the states that win teh places...AFL people get over it deal with it......ShiKung wrote:Hey I think its great that Melbourne has the Minor premiership in the Rugby Leauge and the only unbeaten team in the A-leauge and No1 gives a flying rats-arse because of the AFL even thou every Victorian team Lost!!

yeh was awesome there, thought that maybe a few more would turn up but hey 26,000 not f''n bad!!!
spose it was due to the GF's on the weekend....
the new stadium not sure where, but i am pretty sure that they may be increasing the size of the new ground, not sure to what though!!!
i recon that they could easily make it 30,000 and nearly pack it every home game!!!
wel charles dickens on sunday for the game against newcastle, and if we suceed we have beaten every team in the competition!!!! look out newcastle....
yeeeeaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh

We got done.
Fucking coach from SA carded, and made to leave the ground
Definite highlight of the game.
Brain spilling his drink over some old dudes back was pretty cool too. The old dude didn't know, so it was quite amusing.
Not cheap on the pies and chips down at the Telstra Dome - that's for fuckin certain.
A geezer could die of mal-nutrition in that joint unless they were cashed up like Hugh fucking Heffner.
I still had a grouse time though.
The 'football' is quite an experience - I highly recomend it.

Hearing stories about the Kevin Muscat incident. Couldn't really see what was going on from where we were, but apparently Cosmina had his hands around SuperKev's throat...
Soft goal conceded but a pleasant sunday at the football.
32,000 people fantastic turnout

Free to those that can afford it, very expensive to those that can't.
Twas a great turnout.lilstormer wrote:Hearing stories about the Kevin Muscat incident. Couldn't really see what was going on from where we were, but apparently Cosmina had his hands around SuperKev's throat...

did anyone else hear about the Victory Fans waiting outside Gate 7 for Adelaide fans post game?
They had to take them all back through the ground and out the otherside to avoid any trouble.
