ok - got a few requests there. other tracks i remember from the time were Spacefunk 2000, Cause4Concern's Research, Teebee "Let Go", Photek "inta warriors remix", Jonny L "Piper", Dillinja - Cybotron, Nasty Wayz etc etc, Matrix - virtually all of Sleepwalk LP, Ed Rush&Optical, BC ..... ahh those were the days.
won't be playing all old school tho, will definitely be playing some Soulaar-suitable numbers from nowadays

I can still remember walking into Bunker and Mosus pratically jumping over then bench and going "Oi! Listen to this mate!" then cranking the instore system to obscene levels.
i was there til about 12 ... good work fikuss (hold the c ... jokes) ... and it was great to see a few souls i haven't seen on the lounge decks (or loitering around them) for a while!
Nice set Fickuss and System ... onelc rolled out a few nice jazzy numbers and continued his tradition of having the best tea cosies in drum&bass. missed trooper and motive but chewed doggs ear off in an attempt to get some tunes.
cool night - free asahi. Some great FMF tales and lounge hospitality.
Yeah, quality night, had to make it an early one, ducking out at 2am
Quality tunes, Fents was the most excited of any man I've ever seen
when he heard Champion sound.
Big Ups to Fik, Fents and the cru for another good night.
Trooper and Motive rinsed it out proper, forgot how good Trooper is as a DJ. Certainly scores well with me when he drops tunes like Kraken's - Side effects!
Big-up Fikuss & crew for putting on the nite......Fikuss & System rolled out an awsome set early on...was well worth getting there early for - 100% quality tunes all nite by everyone.
Thanx Motive for putting up with me and my mate harassing you for tunes all nite & playing them! (early Virus stuff, Jagged Edge, RAM stuff, Grooverider etc..) Great to see ILC & Trooper mixn again...thanx for some great tunes.
yo details are sketchy mixi. i'm nursing the biggest hangover since methylated spirits was invented and don't have a mini disc player to test the discs on... we definately recorded 2 discs worth of tunes... some of Steve's set and some of dan/jason's (which was a freaking balltearer from go to whoah)...
rispekt to all those that came down... it looks like trooper may have the bug back... and i haven't hit the floor in such a hard way since fuck knows when.
huge ups to dan, jase, sasha and steve for reminding us what its all about.
in order to move forward we must sometimes look back - big tings gwarn on the horizon folks.

Dude - it is your duty to put that mix online!
I'm even more sorry than before that I didn't make it down to this one. I just watched Midnight in Melbourne again today and it all came flooding back...
Good to see that dnb in melbourne has never lost face since the heyday era of when that doco was filmed to. It ends with the observation that if Melbourne dnb is to stay strong, we must establish our own identity, with our own producers to boot. I believe Melbourne's scene is more internationally recognised than ever before with quite a few producers that have or are about to hit the big time. I just wanna say keep up the good work to absolutely everyone involved. We're on the cusp of something grand
Thats was fantastic. Biggups everyone spec. the McFly for the hospitality, another very sketch evening/morn
Biggup all dj's - Everyone was on Fire - Tune of the night Kraken - Side Effects biggups Deano (and Jase for dropping it.).! Also special mention to Blackout!
Jase (trooper) was on fire, felt like he was playing nba jam - He's Heating UP!
Also motive ur mixing was cool...And good to see Mr bomeo out and about, ahhh the groovetherapy memories.
