Was a nice size crowd with room to move, enjoyed Lex's set warming up the crowd.
Phace dropped some fine wicked choons.
But big ups to all those who got involved with this.

Didn't stay long - so apologies to sneaking off.

I had a well wikid time.
The size of the crowd was nice because there was lots of room on the floor but on the same token it shits me that there wasn't more of a turn out from Melbourne. :smt017

Massive thanks to Dean for getting us there with some cheapies! I would have paid a lot more then $20 to see Phace and go to an awesome party, but student life and all. I'm angry at the outcome for each of you. Sorry we missed your set buddy.

Shadowgames- good stuff as always Zanadu.

Jimbo, it was excellent to see you again, will forward details on to you! You will be missed my friend.

Lex's set was an awesome warm up.

Phace- Fuckin good set, didn't leave the front and centre of the floor until the end! in a word.....WORD....

Sweet night... Flo is a champ.

Great set Lex, and Phace was ace as well.

Cheers Dean and the gang for a great party and for bringing out a quality act like Phace.

And cheers Nik and co for the morning hospitality... 8 hours of Risk...

Props to organisers for bringing off hook DJ's together. Pushing a different tangent of d'n'b into the public arena. And taking on the potential financial gamble to expose left field talent as a labour of love.

Treats 4 the believers. Shame on all those that didn't make it down to support the locals even if italian drum'n'waltx aint ya thang.

Lex murdered the dance floor, especially the last few tracks that were hinting at darker places before relenting the controls to Phace.

Wikkid to see Quick handle the closing ceremonies with precision. Big ups on your tune selection, playing what you think the audience should hear rather than repeating similar styles of tunes as Phace.

Apparently Sholtz had a good nite on the decks and got to rark up the volume early on.

Anticiapting more of these kind of nites will continue to enchant, destroy and amuse Melburn. Shot.

it's just a an obsqure reference to a really bad 80's film called Xanadu starting Olivia Newton-John.... I know I was totaly over-estimating the likleyhood that someone would know what the fuck I was on about, Though it was worth the risk. My sister watched it on VHS about a billion times.

Glad the night went well! My night at sorento sorounded by munted coke snorting shuffleing surfies to electro farting through a defective PA was clearly better though...... :still washing off the cheese:

Thanks to all the heads that showed support and got to see Flo school
the lot of us in the art of synth.

Too many people to Big up, but special mension goes to Dean whom
without the party would not have been half as good.

Now its time to get into gear for the one like Limewax!!!

Rad night! Was not going to come down, but thanks to the coercion of Timmyg I decided to come along.

Great tunes all night, great atmosphere and great people there to spend the time with. YOU ALL ROCK!!!!

Special bigups to Dean for all his efforts, even though I had to boot you in the butt for spilling water all over me when you was going nutty :P

Oh yeah, and another special mention to the one like Hoovesy and D for partaking in the running man on the dance floor with me. Go dance floor antics

Massive respect to all the heads who we knew would come down to this. Was an absolute pleasure to have Flo out here; behind all those nasty choonz was an absolute gentleman who is always welcome back to our shores, and no doubt he will be back.

Massive shouts and thanks for the local acts too. Had so many compliments on the night with regards to the support acts, everyone played a unique roll in creating a successful night with the diversity of their sets. It’s nice to book acts that have been pushing these sounds for some time now and even if they didn’t get the gig I have no doubt these guys would have been front and centre anyway!

Massive respect to Zander, Eugine, Trish & Kristy for all their hard work, enthusiasm and the ability to motivate me off my ass.

A huge thanks to Doodle who provided one of the cleanest sound systems I have heard in a long time, had a lot of comments with regards to this as well.

Shouts also go to Spherix, Sam & Jo for their comical relief as well as hosting duties.

And last but not least i just wanted to comment on this:

In all fairness, we knew what we where in for. We made the decision to invest all our energy into making the best night we could for the numbers we thought we would attain, and if this is how we measure success then in our eyes we succeeded.

Scholtzy killed it, zanderable killed it, Phaced killed it, and Quick followed up wickedly in the face of adversity.

And you guys do this extremely well. Every PTA/Obsidian Empire party have been to has had an awesome vibe and a scene is set for the night. My friend, that is why you will always succeed not only in your eyes but also in the eyes of the people who come out to your gigs.

gotta just say what a bloody good job you guys did...again. but his time i was completely bowled over by the decor...the halloween get up was truckin awesome. there were bats flying around the dancefloor and creepy zombies up on stage. i much appreciate it when people go to that kind of effort.

looking forward to limewax!

Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for daring to tour someone out of the norm. Phace is like one of those really big guns out on those really big war ships that fire really big shells and make reall big noises! I am honoured to have played next to something like that!

All hail...
