who is BuGHAUZ? Is this a rebrand of another crew or a new crew? I do not recognise any of the local DJ's on the flier. Nice way to start out, playing with Tayo.

Bughauz was a crew that dissed every breaks promoter (and alot of the breaks DJ's) and claimed they were gonna take over the Melbourne Breaks scene.
I still remember one of them dissing Fractured for not lasting very long.

Well, they lasted ONE party.

I think there's a lot of sides to this particular situaiton, all valid, and all coming from somewher, but to be honest, I dont think we need to talk about it on a public forum. PM me anyone with an issue on this.

Negative comments regarding the venue, crews, individuals, whatever, no-one likes, whether deserved or not. I didnt like mine. So I assume everyone else wouldnt like there's either.

Lets support the SCENE that we all love so much and focus on the music, not the politics.

Politics suck anyway, music is waaaay better

Having said that tho, I hear all y'all confusion and as Rollin's post says, support is listed there and Tayo and TAMSIN are awesome.

i am not too particularly thrilled by glenns comments, as i have not in anyway dissed any promoter or dj involved in the breaks scene.....

we pulled out of brown alley due to a number of issues that raised their ugly heads, all of which i will not go into, but suffice to say that the recent events have left a horrible taste in my mouth...........

after all is said and done, i am leaving melbourne very soon to be close to my kids, who are the only priority in my life, and after working my arse off and getting the kind of comments from people like glenn on a regular basis when all i wanted to do was to put on a good night for good crew, i am completely disillusioned with the melbourne breaks scene and am in a way glad that it's all said and done. i hoped that it could have turned out a lot differently than this but sometimes in life shit occurs that is outside of your control and unfortunately no matter how hard you try, the tide just will not go the other way.

thanks go to people such as A-jam, chris mitchell, ides, lilmisbreaks, lilstormer, warren, snowie, yenks, leeroy, deviant dan, benwah, roxy moron, ting, ericastar, citizen.com, jaime mack, shikung, jeromy at stellar (rip), lynt, and anyone else who helped us out along the way - your efforts and support has been greatly appreciated......and i apologise profusely to anyone whom i have forgotten to thank.

it's been a fun 12 months, and i hope that all the people i have met and worked with along the way have great success in the future, and continue to uphold the breaks scene in melbourne.....and to all the haters, have fun, and keep on trucking!!

AND I HOPE TAYO ROCKS THE SHIT OUT OF BROWN ALLEY!!!!

1:00 - 2:30: TAMSIN
