Pretty Simple presents Jona
(Get Physical Music, Berlin)


Discovered by the Get Physical camp, Belgian producer Jonathan, although still in his early 20s, will be a name to watch. He originally paved his name as a guitarist of some repute, influenced by the legendary Joe Satriani, and schooled by the great Gérard Jouffroy, Jona’s blues background as well as his love of techno (he has studied sound engineering_and has also released on Serie Records and Color, Strobe, Fumakilla) has seen his Get Physical debut, called ‘Learning From Mistakes’ propped by the likes of Laurent Garnier and Mylo. Jona is currently working on his first album for Get Physical Music and has had the singles 'Learning from Mistakes' and 'Fisherman' featured on the recently released "5 years of Get Physical" compilation showcasing the best releases the label has had to offer.

Wish I was down to see Stray tear it up again. Never seen or heard much of Jona but Get Physical is one of the top electro labels out there - it defines quality.
