Heres a bio for MC Slice. He'll be joining us to celebtrate Wobble 1st Birthday.

Slice has been mashing up the dance since 1999 when at nineteen his skills and enthusiasm behind the decks as DJ Slice earned him a residency for the drum & bass night ‘Fluid’ and support slots for the big boys, playing alongside Grooverider, Andy C, Dillinja, Lemon D, Nicky Blackmarket, Bailey and Jumping Jack Frost to name a few.

As well as hosting a weekly radio show on UKCR 1350am with long-time friend MC R-Vee, playing at memorable free parties in the woods, regularly being invited to play legal venues, Slice also put on his own parties alongside like-minded friends under the guise of Sentient Sound.

Since his move to Sydney a 5 years ago, along with partner-in-crime Micapam, Slice founded Inna Riddim, an online music magazine (http://www.innariddim.com) focusing on underground music, and has been a driving force in the local scene ever since, regularly playing at events and putting on parties.

Over the last 4 years Slice has taken on the additional role and challenge of MC, leading the way and providing a much needed and fresh style for the Australian scene. He joined Sydney’s live drum & bass, grime and dubstep outfit Kobra Kai in 2005 (who’s credentials include being Triple J Unearthed winners, 2006 Nokia Be Heard finalists, playing Big Day Out 08, Parklife 07, Future Music Festival 07, Earthdance 08, the 2006 DMAs as well as touring nationally and holding local residencies). His collaborations outside of D&B have seen him work with successful artists such as The Potbelleez, Bambammuzik and Mailer Daemon.

definitely a big ups to the massive wobble crew!!! and to all those who come down to party and dont have any cares - its just all about having mad fun; you get no seriousness at wobble

the place looked fantastic and I was loving the little bit of extra space to move around the place

the vibe of that party is always top notch

well done to eden, steve, derek etc for putting in all that effort over the past year, it has certainly been worth it

Ok… so almost a week has passed and i havent put up the wobble birthday pics - for which i apologize. I have a legitimate excuse for my tardiness this time.

As you can tell from my status it’s Malx birthday which i am dutifully making each and every desire of the birthday boy’s come to life…

Sounds a little rude and very suspicious doesn’t it.

Perhaps, but this is why i’m off the airwaves at the present. Promise i will return to my duties in the quickest possible time and you may re-live those awesome memories vicariously through the interweb.
