My suggestion would be to try one of the Olga Berg sales that are on all the time to see if you can pick up a nice tote bag very cheap.

Keep an eye here http://forums.vogue.com.au/forumdisplay.php?f=28

or at missy confidential to see when they're on.

That girl is a Kardashian...not sure whether it's Kim or the other one. Her booty made her millions, and the sex tape didn't hurt much either a'la Paris

Klum is stunning, no disagreement there but Jesus H she needs to close her mouth and just not talk. I'd rather have hot skewers burn on permanent eyeliner than listen to that voice of hers.

Some of the female tennis players have the most outstanding physiques...they're tall and tanned and leanly muscles. Enviable.

all my products are natio. i have pretty problem free skin though.
the toner and sensitive night cream are ace.
i've never had to spend much on my skin, but prefer natural non-animal meanie products, so natio works for me.
couldn't for spending heaps on moisturisers tbh.

Would kill for some thoughts on different cleansers etc for problem skin.
I get real bad acne which sux ass would love for once just to have a nice clean smooth face (ok so thats pushing it but less pimples would be real nice)

As for the moisturisers comments above I LOVE that coco butter stuff, you know the stuff they reccomend preg women use to prevent stretch marks, that leaves my legs soo silkly and smooth.
The fridge is angry, the cheese told me so.

i would prob go back to basics and get Clean & Cleaner if you have acne, if you just have some pimples just get non-oily products that help with blemishes and those spot creams that dry up pimples, they are pretty good. stay away from Garnier though unless you have non-sensitive skin, that crap caused like a burn/rash on my skin.

or go to a Dermatologist and see what they say

also change your pillow case regularly and try and not touch your skin too much

currently testing out Clairns at the mo, my skin has cleared up sweet and i am less shiney shine. i need to go and get another sample though cos two days in ain't a good enough test i reckon.

lol Liz, the Garnier fight continues...
there's only one garnier product that doesn't make me break out, it's the re-density day or night cream in the purple jars. Delightful...the same effect and texture as SKII without the gajillion dollar price tag. I'm intrigued to see the new Olay Re-somethingist moisturiser they're bringing out that's meant to rival SKII.

I use the product range you are talking about - Olay Definity
http://www.olay.com.au/products/definity/

I got to use the near full product range in a test before it was released on the aussie market. it's more expensive than regenerist, but I think it is a better product. it is designed to be an anti-aging product, in the way that it evens your skin tone to make it look healthy and fresher, as well as helping with exfoliation so that you've got brighter more glowy skin. After the trials I now use the SPF15+ Moisturising Lotion. It is nice and light on my dry skin. I also use the Definity Illuminating cream cleanser each morning in the shower. Fine exfoliation, but not drying on the skin. For extra moisturising, mostly at night I also use the cream moisturiser which is great too.

Alright so I went cheap and nasty, mainly because I spent $120 on clothes at work and that was AFTER I got my 50% discount (yes apparently its easily possible to spend $240 on clothes at COTTON ON) The upside of shopping today was that I was having a skinny day and bought shorts from work that I normally wouldnt think to buy, helped along by the lovely ladies trying stuff on at the same time as me :D
Can't beleive I'm so excited about my buys.

Anyway back on topic, I got clearasil.

I've never actually used the stuff even as a teenager. So heres hoping.
I do need to find a GOOD moisteriser though, why is it that the moisterisers made for oily skin NEVER have an SPF rating? I do not want to layer products on my already angry skin

Oh and mix did you end up getting any of those bandage dresses? They're hot as, I sure as shit would never have the guts to wear em but I reckon they're awesome.

I don't think they've been able to come up with an SFP based moisturiser for oily skin. Was listening to some 'expert' the other day say that they've only just come out with sunscreen for oily skin but I can't remember the brand name. It was on ACA or Today/Tonight (riveting viewing btw). It doesn't coat the skin like normal sunscreen does, it actually seeps in and protects from there. Or something.

Nope, never got a bandage dress, although I found one on Ebay going for only $300 (as compared to $3000). Would never wear it outside the house though

Do you drink much water Socio?? Whenever I look back on the time's where I've broken out big time, it's usually when I'm being lazy with water and nutrient intake...or getting hammered too often. Punishment pimples anyone? I always get them on Tuedays...

Socio the best thing i ever found for problem skin was the pill for me (also giving up smoking helped a great deal). I'd definitly get some doctors advice too , when ever I have had an issue with acne they have been the best way to go. Quite often with a serious skin condition a lot of that over the counter/cheapie stuff is just going to aggravate it.

Wow, really? I broke out like hell when I was on the pill, serious craters. As soon as I came off it they went away, clear skin again. Too many hormones me thinketh

You're right. I was on the lowest dose one and everything was ok then my doctor (Mr Getting Paid By The Big Pharma's) told me to switch to the 'regular' one. I told him it used to make me throw up every morning and he said they'd changed it somewhat. His words "5 million Australian women can't be wrong".

Pimples.

I've been very happy with my Ebay purchases of late. The summary reads $126 for 9 items. Not bad.

These are my favourite atm

Image

bought them for $10.50.

And these for $12.52, original Stan Smiths

Image

Also got a pair of proper Nike cross trainers so I can run and jump without the balls of my feet aching. They were only $30, used twice. But they're ugly, so I'm not posting a pic lol.

I love it when people buy clothes that don't fit them, all the more for moi :smt003

Hit the Country Rd outlet store on bridge rd maybe? They have lots of tailored clothes at much reduced prices. You can get stuff super cheap if you arrive on one of those days were they say "all skirts $40".

There's little left on bridge rd these days that is actually discount clothing, but also worth a look though much more expensive is David Lawrence (my job interview jacket is from there) or even Esprit for their more tailored things (button up shirts).

Dianne, estelle, juliette,(Actually all 3 of those are the same thing just different prices dianne being the most expensive comming in at like $50 for 3months worth) Yasmin and can't remember the generic names of yasmin.
Both of those types are for aparent hormone imbalances, meaning they're sposed to stop pimples and facial hair.

I was on dianne, didn't do shit for my skin but did a GREAT job of killing my sex drive completely I didn't even want a cuddle.

Surprisinly I actually decided to by clearasil (mainly because I'm a broke ass bitch) and am finding it's actually doing something. Although that said it's only early days so we'll see how we go yeah.

Gnat, shameless plug here but try pepe jeans, I own prob about 4 diff styles of their jeans and my boyfriend owns 2 diff styles I love them, the fit is great and the leg lengths are great too.

GK would rec target and glassons for this type of stuff. target owns for work gear and sooo cheap for serious

dropped 400 bucks there for entire work wardrobe recently- just pick through and you can create your own style with good quality well priced pieces. add your own jewellry- win

they even have some decent shoes these days- it surprises me every time i go on there
