Just got 2 phonecalls asking the same thing - I didn't feel it, but you can lock it in as confirmed.
Seemed to hit the eastern suburbs harder, from all accounts.

I live basically walking distance to you judging from that and this shit with the choppers is gonna be happening for a week. ARGH!! NOISY ANNOYING AT 9.30PM WHEN I AM ATTEMPTING TO WATCH TEEBEE. Although they are pretty impressive to watch as the hammer through the sky at night time with only one of them having a blinking red light and the other being compeltely blacked out.

Anyway this is not fair, 2 earthquakes and I keep missing them.

Didn't feel crap at work with the last one and this one I was down in port melbourne and didn't notice a THING NOT ONE THING!

I give up maybe I was just never ment to feel earthquakes

the copters are freaking me out. i dont like it one bit.
they have been 'training' at night, and that has involved air mapping of melbourne. weird.

i kind of want more earthquakes, there's some rush about them even existing,
but if they are some result from some army shit or something they aren't telling us,
were totally fucked.

Definitely felt it this time. I thought the warehouse boys had driven a forklift into the building but it just kept going and going and going. Kinda scary. Makes you realise that no matter how big a building is, if it's foundations are rumbling it's just like a house of cards.

was quite funny....

i was in a digital media conference when it happened, and the guy was from the ABC (head of marketing or something) and talking about how last earthquake he used twitter to work out where it epicentre of it was, and make ABC the first media network to report it (like 5mins after it happened). the next day channel 9 reported it and got the location totally wrong.

in mid-speech i felt a rumbling under my feet and was thinking....no, surely not. then shortly after a guy next to me yells out "i just saw on twitter (on his phone) there was an earthquake in richmond 20 seconds ago". everyone = lol + wtf.... freaky. i bet he was glad he'd chosen that speech topic. or scared.
