Hey... oooh...
Sheets of empty canvas, untouched sheets of clay
Were laid spread out before me as her body once did.
All five horizons revolved around her soul
As the earth to the sun
Now the air I tasted and breathed has taken a turn

Ooh, and all I taught her was everything
Ooh, I know she gave me all that she wore
And now my bitter hands chafe beneath the clouds
Of what was everything.
Oh, the pictures have all been washed in black, tattooed everything...

I take a walk outside
I'm surrounded by some kids at play
I can feel their laughter, so why do I sear?
Oh, and twisted thoughts that spin round my head
I'm spinning, oh, I'm spinning
How quick the sun can drop away

And now my bitter hands cradle broken glass
Of what was everything?
All the pictures have all been washed in black, tattooed everything...

All the love gone bad turned my world to black
Tattooed all I see, all that I am, all I'll be... yeah...
Uh huh... uh huh... ooh...

I know someday you'll have a beautiful life,
I know you'll be a sun in somebody else's sky, but why
Why, why can't it be, can't it be mine

Aah... uuh..

OMG, a girl in my housemate's class was in a (minor) car accident today. The girl in the other car involved was on her way to 'a clinic' (they don't say abortion here) and the overwhelming local reaction has been: "Maybe it was God's way of saving the poor little baby." :? :?

shit, I've been given 5 whole shifts in the December roster......I'm pretty sure its a mistake but not sure how they would fix it now keeping the budget in mind.

And somehow of the 5 shifts they have given me one falls after Polaroid and one falls after Bass Camp.

New job time methinks, yuck.

Pearl Jam = (Soundgarden + Nickleback)/ Matchbox 20

My GOTD is Smeg (the company, not the dickcheese). Dishwasher repair dude has quoted $450.00 for new component. WTF? Is it delivered in solid gold trucks fuelled by burning banknotes? Does Johnny Depp do the repairs? Is it carved from the neck of George Harrison's favorite bass guitar and held together with John Lennon's moustache hair?

An early study by Plaut and Kohn-Speyer (1947) found that horse smegma had a carcinogenic effect on mice. Heins et al.(1958) used human smegma on mice and found a carcinogenic effect, but Reddy and Baruah (1963) were unable to reproduce this effect, concluding that if a carcinogenic effect did exist, it must be weak. In other more recent studies, smegma was found to be a risk factor among penile cancer patients.
I know that mice are vermin and that scientists have a cruel streak, but smearing horse smegma on a mouse?? WTF???

Is it possible to go on leave with no pay? Granted you'll have to use your savings but at least you'll have some well needed time off.

Fuckin word to this song. Love it when a crowd sings along and it sounds good. I think being Eddie whilst this was occuring or in fact any band having that at a gig would be the biggest muthafarkin high the human brain could handle.

I hate hearing about all that shit... it's sooooooo not interesting, reminds me of high school.

"guess who [insert boring individuals name here] hooked up with!"

"omg, what about his/her boy/girlfriend?"

"blah blah blah"

YAWN

All I really want to know about Tiger Woods is that he is good at golf.

Same with Bill Clinton, he was the president of the USA, that's about as far it goes.

Humans are by nature polygamous, so this is going to happen over and over and by all sorts of people. It's not a big deal, nor interesting in any way.

I know I knew this, but they must feel the need to keep reminding me, lest I fall into a false sense of telco security.
