I got my Cambodi Visa from the border control.

Hell yeah, we did that in Bangers for our Vietnamese passports.

Then they did it wrong, but you can't really complain to the man with an AK-47.

hmmm - ok.
maybe that's the way to go then. indian ones can take a while i know that, but if i can just do the others while travelling maybe the easiest. we'll be flying KL -> siem reap then to viet (not sure if overland or flying yet). so ok to do whilst there you thinks?

ahh mb. you truly are a wealth of infomation.

Witty - your Indian visa will be a work one, no? And are the other places for work or holiday? If India is the only work-related one then do it first, no question. You do NOT want to be sweating a work visa.

Retz - won't be applying for a work visa because there's too much red tape involved and i won't really be receiving an income. i've been told to just get a tourist visa,

Apoph - I think the majority of the consulate have move to Docklands from Coburgistan, so that makes things a bit easier. Reading through the info on the site suggests that it won't take too long thankfully.

Have printed off forms etc for Cambo and Viet and will go the safe route and sort them now. The info around Viet visas is mega confusing. So many online operators that look dodgy as fark. Not worth teh risk imo. I'm just glad I realised all this now and not two weeks before i left.

Thanks loads for your help too all. had a minor melt down yesterday...

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!

Got served with 60 day notice to vacate today :( Stupid landlord wanting to cash in and sell our unit.
Ok so we were already looking for a new place but the pressure is on now. The bloody date on it that we have to be out by is MY FREAKING BIRTHDAY!!!

Got compeltely screwed around by real estate agents on the weekend.
2 not having correct keys, one not actually being available having apparently been leased the night before but they hadn't taken it down off the website (it's actually still on realestate.com.au TODAY 4 days after apparently being let)

Sux arse....really smelly arse....

On another random note. I actually work in a call center and don't mind it. Never been asked to lie to a customer every my superiors are all really nice and cruisy good atmosphere within the floor.
Mind you previous to that I was with the same company but doing a completely different campaign and it sucked arse, was freaking horrible. So yeh.
The fridge is angry, the cheese told me so.

Watch out for the penguins, they are comming

Wrong time to be looking for new place. I've been scouting for a few months, ever since the company work for confirmed plans to move office to Campbellfield.
I work in the contact centre industry and theres no expectation to blatantly lie, but not telling the truth is often used to get around tricky situations.
