bigups to 24 days until im reunited with a lost love from 15 years ago. Who knows what the fuck happens next but I'm excited/nervous/bursting out of my skin for the adventure that is/will unfold.

He's right. its all about creating a 24 hour city culture like you have in NY, New Orleans, Barcelona, Berlin, Amsterdam etc

When people stay up and out all night, and licensing laws are relaxed, you get less trouble because its more accepted and people are inclined to behave more responsibly.

Countries like Spain and the Netherlands have proved that 24 hour culture is not only good for the economy but a real boon to tourism as well.

^^^ i hope they actually do these things.

I had a horrible time just going to get a burger on sat night around 3am.
groped once, harrassed 3 times, guy tried to steal said burger, all on the walk from franklin st to hungry's n back.

srsly left me thinking, fuck alcohol, fuck this city at 3am, fuck it all.

if they did these things i think he's right. thats a big if.

it was actually stale and cold but tbh with no dinner before drinking it prolly saved my life
