i made yoghurt, then i turned it into labneh. then i made banana bread and put the labneh+honey all over it. i can't explain it without starting to talk dirty.
get down to mule and have some for breakky. that + a coffee is all kinds of dirty talk.

the pulled pork i had was pretty awes, but bread was too soft and yielding, reckon something like toasted turkish or foccacia would've smacked it. texture like whut.
edit: obvs this wasn't at the mule as the mule would smash it.

19 somerset place man!
not on the menu yet! even then it wont be the same as that. far too fiddly and pricey to make with shanks. will be lamb shoulder (altough more $$$ it's easier to cook and deal with!)
the banana bread, labneh, bacon, banana and maple syrup thing is most deffo going on the menu as a special tho.

in fact i state here and now that i refuse to ever got to another restaurant that has a no booking policy, bloody sitting there waiting for a table like a jerk. i don't care if the food is cooked by jamie oliver , plated by rembrandt, and they let you use jessica albas boobies as cutlery, I'm not going.

Which is fine, had a couch for that time and got a bottle of shochu.
