it's only a small mention down the bottom as one of the 1 cup winners for very good coffee and food but it's still there none the less.

imo you just broke rule #1 of quitting smoking, which is announcing that you're quitting smoking
you will deftotes smoke again at some point, probably within the next fortnight, but you can rest assured knowing that you are now one step closer
this has been free advice

No the number one rule of quitting smoking is telling people before you quit, setting up threads about how you are going to quit, talking about how you need to quiy or other associated activity.
Note, there was no announcments on this previously.
I bet you a slab of beer (and it can be as expensive as you want) that i will not have a smoke within the next fortnight. So you going to take that bet?

ok you're on, but as a condition you'll need to strap huge's gopro to your head and record constantly for verification purposes
also jsyk, shards and weed both count as smoking

I don't know what the gopro is but i am sure that Huge will vouch for my non-smoking.
As for weed, I don't smoke it, haven't for about 8 years and I can go without shards.

Cheers buddy.
MJ isn't as hard as you think to stop, mind you at the time i know how hard it seems. I went from 4g a day to nothing. It has been nearly 8 years and i have never looked back.
I am sure you'll be fine, you have more than enough motivation these days.
Maybe we should start a reformed stoner helpline, lol.

Big the fuck up to SBS for the Go Back to Where You Came From program. What an amazing show. I cried like a baby at the state of the world. Truly fascinating and totes validates for me that I'm on the right path. Certainly generating some convo around the office today too. If only they'd play it in the ACA/TT time slots. Preaching to the converted having it on SBS in many ways.

big up this from the gripe thread!
kronz wrote: mrj wrote: Yesterday I accidently farted on someone at work. actually farted ON them.
it wasn't on purpose, it just slipped out. they held a door open for me and another person, and because two people were going through the door at once I had to angle my body, which I did by putting my back to the person holding the door. It was at this most inopportune time a remarkabley resonant fart made its dash for freedom. To the casual observer it would have appeared that i deliberately turned to fart on this individual.
I said a quick excuse me and kept walking (to the bathroom, which explains why the fart escaped in the first place). As I pondered my social "fart paus" in the solitude of the mens, I convinced myself that none had heard it and that my discretion combined with my quick exit from the scene of the crime would ensure I would not be identified as "he who dealt it". I was sure that my "excuse me" people would assume was my politeness in moving past people throught he door way.
Alas it twas not to be. 15 mintues later a member from my team came into my office, closed the door and was like "hey dude, did you let one rip before when we were walking through the door". I confessed. Now my shame is public and very likely eternal.
