Sookie is a telepath i believe the term is.
Im as current as it gets, d/l upon release in the states every Monday night our time.
If you havent seen the latest episode (i think episode 10 season 2) you wont know what im mean, she did something "different" to Mary-Anne alluding to the fact she is more than just a telepath.

yep, watched it last night. dunno what it was that she now has, but i reckon it could be the result of stuff that has happened to her, like vamp blood etc. i was thinking i want GK to PM me too, but i love the suspense!!!!

have you guys noticed also that Detective Belfluer (sp?) has not been affected by Mary-ann. i reckon there is something in that!

i don't think i have ever loved a series this much before

re Entourage - by far Ari and Lloyd make the show. used to hate Drama but now i love him. I love all of em, i reckon Vince is never really the lead, the others just take over the show

Anyone seen The Beast on abc? I caught an episode last night and really liked it. It has Patrick Swayze on it but I really rated it, think it will fill the void now ive watched all of The Wire.

I swore to myself I wouldn't do it, didn't wanna get caught up in the hype. But my sister insisted I watch an episode. Then it became 2, then 3.

My name's Mixtress and I'm a True Bloodaholic.

And another joins the ranks. I thought the show was a bit slow to take off but about 4 episodes in BAM you're addicted.

There's a massive sci-fi/fantasy season coming up in the US.

I love the way Ball finishes each episode, you absolutely motherfucking HAVE TO watch the next one. So glad I don't have to wait a week between each one.

Yeah the most of the last episode seemed a little stiff, but I thought the ending was pretty cool. Two more eps this season!

Also, forget rapidshare when you've got private torrent trackers - no need to pay.

I love being right! I knew Sam and that dog had a relationship. I'm nearing the end of this season and I just want it to go on and on and on. I know at some point soon I'll become disappointed with this show but for now I'm eating it up with a spoon. Dammit. Hug my neck!

i don't believe it. apparently a 'highlight' according to the age. :tard:

Beached Az
ABC2, 9.25pm

BEACHED Whale was a simple animation that went viral on YouTube after it was posted in April last year. At the time of writing, it had tallied a staggering 4,986,360 hits on YouTube and had generated millions of dollars in merchandise.

Not bad for a $15 outlay. Barely running to 90 seconds, the original video is little more than a pointless conversation between a New Zealand whale and the seagull who finds him stranded on a beach. Not pointless in a deeper-meaning, Zen way but in a here-are-some-really-bad-New Zealand-accents-talking-crap way.

It is re-released here by the ABC as Beached Az, with an additional 10 one-minute episodes to follow. It's hard to imagine a repeat of the original film's success, though you can understand the ABC's desire to attempt that if it has negotiated a cut of the merchandise profits. So good luck to it.

The thing about viral hits is that they catch fire because the fact that they're good is unexpected. That they are not mainstream productions also helps — the whiff of extra-establishment being a powerful quality in cyberspace popularity.

But when something is picked up by an institution, it instantly becomes mainstream and expectations are raised and that can be death, especially in comedy. So you're more likely to enjoy Beached Az if you stumble on it without knowing anything about it. Which means for you, dear reader, it's probably too late. Don't tell your friends
